I used the 5mm x 10mm Rhombus , the 4mm x 8mm seemed to potentially be air flow restrictive.
I cut a piece 28" x 1 7/8" and attached it to the lowest part of the grill below license plate with 6 black zip ties & put three 1" velcro squares on horizontal part for it to rest on to prevent rubbing...
I have the Sentry CT, and have leaks at front corners; I've filled that gap with black silicone putty on the bedrail that is about 7 inches behind the cab~~~ can't figure out where the leak is; if you have any leaks and figure out a solution, let me know, thanks
It's a trial & error process figuring where to put the tail gate seals~~~ is your cover the Leer product or a Truxedo Sentry CT? Do you have water leaks at the front corners? If not, how did you solve that dilemma?
it kinda depends on what is in the bed of the truck whether it's worth worrying about~~~~ valuable electronic equipment or just a shovel & rake~~~ for the high cost of a quality tonneau, it shouldn't leak any
I have a 2024 XLT Hybrid, paid the $115 extra for a "full size" spare~~~~~ came with an XL rim and an Atlas brand spare that isn't same size as the 4 Continentals. How did you get that rim? It doesn't look like an XL rim?

Then, look closely underneath where it starts...
Will the optional Loading Compartment Partition Storage Box ( part # NZ6Z60286A72A) for $45 (with free shipping) from www.parts.ford.com do the trick just as well? Then you'd have an extra Storage area in bed of truck? Just curious?
I just lightly used the scrubber tip on Touch-up paint bottle, then cleaned with rubbing alcohol, waited 5 minutes till dry, and applied thin coat of BaseCoat. 83° in shade and about 75%humidity. I can still see the grayish metal thru the BaseCoat, so I'm going to let it cure 24 hours, then...
I put the little rubber bumpers on the backside of Bugflector II instead of on the hood. Same end result for protecting hood. Try that if it's not too late, just clean with alcohol before applying.
I bought mine April 30 from RealTruck so I missed the Rebate by a day~~~~ but I had the same problem with installation with one hole not lining up and chipping the paint on driver's side front fender~~~ so had to use some of my "points" to get a TouchUp paint container. Had to use Dremel to...
