Rollover orders prob wont see a truck until March, and thats when the 9/30 new orders will start rolling in. I'm sure the wait will be 8-12 months just like the 22's.
Welp, no window sticker today. So i asked for an update via chat. My build date has been pushed back to 10/3/22. I'm telling you, some people with VIN's arent going to get 22's. Not sure how this will be resolved.
Have less value....on paper? You tell someone they have to wait 9-12 months for a 23 ordered on 8/2 there will be no discernable diff in value between a 2022 or 2023 on the exact same lot in Dec 2022. They will have the same price.
And who cares what the "paper value is" if you don't sell you...
@fordvideoguy you've been one of the most helpful resources on this forum. Any thoughts? Communications from Ford on this scenario? Has Ford pretty much guaranteed that these last few vins will in fact get built?
So what happens when a 9/19 build week gets pushed due to constraints (fairly common) past the last build schedule week of 10/10 (or whatever the date is for last build week). They're SOL and have to go to the back of the line as a regular new '23 order? No way.
So I got a VIN and date for 9/5. But I also understand a lot of folks on these forums have gotten VINs and dates and have had them pushed back multiple times/weeks. Can any of our resident Ford Dealer Aficionados advise on what we late 22 orders that have Sept/Oct build dates should be doing...
im thinking that it will take Ford through 1st qtr next year to simply deliver the 22's they still owe. They havent taken a new order in over 6+ months. I think if you're ordering anything but the base eco without 360 youre going to be waiting a minimum of 6-8 months and more than that for...
