Ditto, I knew what typical vinyl and pleather seats were like, also real leather, and these are better than the run of the mill vinyl/pleather and better than some leathers (some have their surface too well sealed and act like vinyl) They also don't seem to pick up solar heat as much as some...
Just being nose up for fill, where you take the first pump in a line and your front wheels are on the pad but your back wheels aren't, and then parking level or slightly nose up will show a difference.
It's also not very quick at responding, you go up a hill, and park on the level at the top...
Nice.
IDK if it's right any more with the new HF55 but it used to be that the electric drive motor didn't contribute anything over 75mph, which would be some reason for top end dropping off.
It was a small 80s Fiat, so weighed little and had one of those "peppy" Fiat motors that kinda felt alright as long as you rowed it along with the stickshift. 5th gear was very overdriven though, basically couldn't accelerate in it. Gust of wind would knock 15mph off your speed and you'd have to...
That might have worked too, but I was thinking push it off a cliff.
Some ppl might have said LS or buick 3.8 swap, but that thing is squirrely and handles bad with 160hp in it, it needs more than that like a Davy Crockett nuclear bazooka needs a hair trigger.
1200cc (Monty Python 4 Yorkshiremen) Sheer luxury! I had a car with 903cc and I went 4 miles backwards for every 3 I drove forward, had to turn around to go home to get anywhere.
For the hardship fetishists, 2.5 NA, 5 speed, single cab, fixed bench, 6.5ft bed, manual locks, manual windows, $15,999 out the door...
Optional: Jack, spare tire, sun visors, glove box, center console, clock, oil gauge, temperature gauge, rev counter, battery gauge, (Instruments are a dozen...
This is basically my first 1000 miles, though been trying to run the motor rather than stay on electric to get it run in. Anyway 38.9mpg is what it maths to. Using 1.6 km per mile and 3.8 litres per gallon.
Huh, look who's got a real imaginary GT40, Mr Fancy Pants, I have to content myself with an imaginary imaginary GT40 because I'm apparently too tall for a real imaginary one.
Excellent camo for those who like to drive at 60,000 feet.
If it was a "forced to choose" sitch, it would be in the middle of my rankings, above the monochromes. Maybe higher if it was the only blue.
It could be a clue about those garage builds, no longer restricted to boring Shelby, Roush...
Straight inflation $5,500 is about $36,000 today, which was my pretax price converted to USD. However, it was 30 ounces of gold then, when 30oz buys you a really gussied up F150 now, 120k worth.
Cheapie one for Canadians, this blue one, various other colors were available, from Dollarama, fits pretty good, bit loose in the rear position but stays there. It is only single wall, not insulated. The silver one I got ages ago and have no clue of maker, but that one is insulated, clips firmly...
