That's definitely a red flag. You might want to confirm with your dealer that they submitted your order through the ROVP system which is different for the Maverick than other models. I hated waiting for mine to get scheduled but my dealership did have other orders that were scheduled so I was...
I ordered mine 5 weeks before you and just got scheduled 3 days ago. Believe me, I know it sucks to wait but it will happen. Patience is a virtue, as they say. Best of luck to you this Thursday.
I'm definitely not, which is why I'm asking questions here on the forum. Thanks for weighing in, I appreciate all the feedback. I've gotten some great insight so far.
I like these suggestions, thank you!
To answer liveshot, Ford has 0% for 36months on the Maverick. You should pick that specific vehicle in their financing section on the website and you'll see it.
My Mav isn't scheduled to be built until the 2nd week of Feb so I still have time to weigh all...
This is probably a weird question but is there a minimum amount you can finance with Ford at 0%?
I'm probably just going to buy the Maverick outright with cash, but if I decided to pay most of it as a down payment will Ford still finance the small balance at 0% and is there a cut-off amount...
Priority Code only matters within your specific dealership. It sounds like the orders that were put in in June/July are starting to get scheduled before your September order, which makes sense since they ordered before you. I wouldn't worry too much about Priority Code, it really doesn't matter...
Long Mcarthur Ford had 117 allocations but only 13 were scheduled today (10 of them hybrids). Not sure if that means more could be scheduled today or tomorrow. Fingers crossed...
Tim Bartz from Long McArthur confirmed on his YouTube livestream tonight that just because you may have gotten a confirmation email from Ford that your order was received doesn't necessarily mean that it was submitted through the ROVP system. If it wasn't submitted properly then Ford won't build...
I just like the fact that it doesn't disable auto start/stop completely, it just essentially saves the setting you last used. I might like the feature, but if I hate it then at least I won't be bothered by having to switch it off every time I get in the car. It seems like the best of both worlds.
Tim Bartz just mentioned over on Reddit that they only had 1 Maverick get scheduled today and they have 118 allocations for the month. He thinks more will be scheduled tomorrow. There is still hope.
When my dad retired he got a part-time job at the local hardware store and bought himself a Prius Hybrid. The store is exactly 1 mile from his house and it's 25mph the whole way. He averages around 80MPG and only drives 8-12 miles per week. He hasn't been to the gas station in nearly 2 years. I...
It's like the 5 stages of grief.
1 Denial (Maybe they didn't send out scheduling emails today?)
2 Anger (WTF! They most certainly sent scheduling emails, just not to me!)
3 Depression (Dear God, why? Why not me?? This is terrible...)
4 Bargaining (Maybe if I switch to Ecoboost ?)
5 Acceptance...
Subscribe to Long McArthur Ford's YouTube channel. Tim Bartz Internet Sales Manager puts out a weekly livestream on Tuesdays about Maverick updates. He always indicates whether it's a regular scheduling week or a cleanup week. Always tons of good info in those videos.
