So, how did you find out what rail yard your truck was in? I’ve tracked the rail car that my Maverick is on. Right now the rail car is in New Boston, Michigan. It’s about 130 miles from where I’m located. Is there a way to tell when and where it’s unloaded?

Tracked the rail car today. (12-31) It has been in the same spot for several days. It’s in Walbridge , Ohio. Does anyone know if a car carrier picks the truck up in Ohio and delivers it to its final destination in Michigan.

Ordered on 6-19 From Pauli Ford in st johns, mi. Shipped by rail on 12-16 . Suppose to arrive on 1-4. Lariat area51. As of today (1-7-22)the Maverick has not arrived. Tracked the rail car from Texas to Oklahoma to Missouri to Illinois to Ohio and then Michigan. Almost 7 month wait.

Tracked my Maverick today by getting the rail car number from the dealer. Called the number(800 235-2352) and gave the 4 letters of the rail car followed by the six numbers. The railcar was in Oklahoma on 12-21 and Kansas today .(12-23). Received a delivery date to Michigan of 1-4.

I received updates directly from Ford via email. They sent me a vin number, a build date, a window sticker, a build completion date and a shipping date. Theses were from Ford Motor Company and not from the dealership.

I was notified of the build one week after scheduled date. The email was received on a late Sunday night.

Mine was built on the same day as yours and just received an email today(12-16) that it was shipped today. Headed to Michigan with a delivery date of 1-4 to 1-10

Can someone tell me how to track via rail car. What numbers or letters do you use. I have the window sticker with a ramp number and a item number. Being shipped by rail to Michigan.

When asked for car initials what do you put in? Mave for maverick or is there letters on the window sticker that you use?

Is the numbers to track located on the window sticker.

I ordered from a small town dealer on 6-19. The truck was built the week of 11-29 and the projected delivery date is 1-10. Seems like 7 months is a very long time to wait for a vehicle. I’ve been a GM guy all my life and never had to wait that long for a new build.

Ordered 6-19, scheduled 11-15 then 11-22 and finally 11-29. Built email 12-4 . Scheduled delivery 1-4 to 1-10 .

Would it be wise to Zeibart the truck.
