I've had Rhino on truck beds before but have only seen Line X. Rhino is thicker and has more grip than Line X. Can make sliding things out of the bed more difficult. On the other hand, items slide around less. Rhino can be gouged if one gets over zealous with a shovel.

Regarding creep at a complete stop: I am assuming there will be creep because the little button on the center console that has the "hand" symbol (the one that many reviewer don't know what it's for) is to hold the vehicle stopped with the driver's foot off the brake. It's in the manual.
