I don’t understand why people have a problem with the auto stop/start. It is so seamless. What’s the point of having the engine running when you are at a stop? It is just wasted energy to be thinking about it.

Install the KIA mirror w/ auto dim, and homelink . Search the forum for the many threads on this conversion. It works and fits perfectly, and looks like the Maverick came with it.

I have 2100 miles on my 25 hybrid lariat. No issues. Lots of enjoyment. Lots of threads here of other people’s experiences.

there is some shading but it’s just slightly darker in the upper right corner. Temperature here is 47 degrees. And I don’t recall any variance in color with temperature differences.

Pressurized? I think it’s a load BS to say that the EB is not pressurized. All Gasoline automotive fuel tanks are pressurized. At least since emission controls were instituted they have been.

The only thing you use is the wiring. It plugs into the mirror and the you trim off the excess, strip the ends and follow the instructions. The whole thing takes 20 minutes. The only thing you modify is that you use a file to make a gap in the black cover, for the wire to go from the mirror up...

I don’t know. But it does look very much like the one on my 2004 Sprinter Van. And the KIA mirror fits the Maverick perfectly.

While you have to wait for the eBay harness to arrive it is by far the cleanest option. I don’t believe that the power stays on anywhere near an hour, but I’ve never been concerned about it. The idea of pulling everything apart to run the wire down the A pillar just strikes me as a waste of...
