Based on the installation guide seems you will need to loosen screws to remove the rack, so not quick release.

I ordered from Serramonte, scheduled for 9/13. No mark-ups and should accept X plan (sales said it is not yet confirmed). Fremont Ford is same MSRP and should accept X plan.

Yes, for me Tow package is not listed on the Ford website but is listed on the forum tool. Hopefully one of the emailed users can give us some feedback.
