Looking like I'm one of the cheap skates around here.
I know the 360 is a constraint, but IMHO kinda pointless to buy a brand new car and not get the latest safety features, which are standard on many other cars these days.
Oh thereās going to be allot of customers who donāt know about MTC, Ford Authorities etc. who were waiting to hear from their dealer or from Ford and didnāt know about the order banks closing so soon. Theyāre going to be peeved to say the least.
IRT orders I got my email from Ford tod so I...
So I got a 2023 order in with the dealer I had my 2022 one with, he says I wonāt need to come in and sign a new COPV paperwork he will use my information from the 2022 order. That doesnāt sound right to me?
Getting lots of different stories from different dealers. The dealer I made my 2022 order with says the donāt know when order banks are opening, and the other dealer around here that I talked to said the special offer only applies at the original dealer you ordered from.
Trying to put a 2023 order in with another dealer, got a reply that the private offer only applies at the original dealer and ordering from any other dealer would be a straight 2023 order.
So frustrating getting different āfactsā from different dealers.
Still lots of confusion with dealers, spoke with another dealer here and they said they canāt take the 2022 Private Offer from an order originally with another dealer.
Well, got a response this morning from the dealer: "Order banks are not open yet for 2023 Maverick, we will email you when they open".
The inconsistency in dealer knowledge/information is maddening.
Not sure about it myself, saw the article and thought it was interesting.
read the article again and sounds like itās for balancing a bed camper not a towed camper, my mistake.

Canadian company working on a āsmart axleā that is supposed to improve tow capacity by up to 1,500 pounds. Looks sorta like a towed 5th wheel?
This guy does allot of pretty thorough testing on various products.
Havenāt tried Cerakote yet but hear good things about it. Have been using VRP and 303 on my CRV trim with decent results.
