I just happened to see it when going through the pile of paperwork we brought home from the dealership. They even tossed the window sticker in with the other papers. Not sure what’s required or not though.
Not sure about Ford moving production, but FWIW I picked up my 2.5 Hybrid Mav yesterday. It was built on the 13th of May but not covered under the recall (specifically asked about it). According to the documentation I got with the sale it listed country of origin for the engine and trans. to be USA.
I had picked up a pack of Ford compatible tie downs off Amazon, since I’d read that the XL was lacking some of them.
Picked up the truck this weekend and it seems to have all of the tie down points occupied. Maybe because I got the tie down rail kit that “came with” the SIBL?

Green Ford in Greensboro, NC. No markup, got Special Offer and Military discounts no issues. (They don't do Xplan though) Brandon Bellerand was my sales guy, great help.
Edit: no markup for online orders
Mine was built last day of the recall period, just got a voicemail today from dealer saying the truck was in and to give them a call to set up purchase/delivery. No mention of recall and I haven't had chance to call back (bad signal in work building) so ????

Looks like this one is too large for the Maverick though.
66" x 62" x 21"
Got an up close experience at the store the other day, a wild Mav was parked next to the wife's Highlander. Eyeball comparison the Mav looked lower but a little longer than the Highlander and almost as wide.
