Or people are starting to realize its insane to give a dealer imaginary money simply because they asked. I really cant wait to see whats going to happen when the people who paid $5-10k over for a 22-30K vehicle end up underwater when the hype/market adjusts.
Exactly what I was getting at. People posting their 65+MPG over a 19 mile trip doesnt really mean anything. 40ish seems correct for combined long term driving.
Its still an amazing number
my point was a couple trips != lifetime mpg. I've gotten 25 in the city with my mustang GT before. doesnt really make it 25mpg which was my point to Old Man if they were not joking.
so your lifetime mpg is 54mpg? that is also tracked on the mav
also… you’re surprised that a 40+ year old Buick...
That’s cool, but that has nothing to do with what I said.
the fact that you haven’t had an issue yet doesn’t change the general rule surrounding first year models and people’s fear surrounding them which WILL factor into selling price when the hype dies. A 2024 is still a maverick and is still...
To me, no it is still not worth it.
1. the vehicle is 2 years older still. That will matter in value when all the craziness dies down
2. many paid more than the increase
3. you’re buying a first year new model used instead of just waiting. Could have problems
yup. It should be a free ADD not removal.
just wait for the first customer to have their tremor arrive with stickers on it because a dealer couldn’t click a button.
Not only did your dealership explain it perfectly to you based on your last post, but there are countless threads here with the exact messaging from ford on this.
If all steps are completed, you will get a private offer from FORD. not sure why you refuse to accept that answer
None of what you said gives any true logic as to why packages that were not required to be selected together last year are now required to be selected this year
why is a 2023 maverick allowed BAP without xlt lux and a 2024 isn’t lol? Greed
I swear Ford does this more than any other competitor. What other vehicle has increased in price 25% in just 2 years without a single update?
just look at the f150 lighting pro that started at 39k…
they just slashed prices there too because no one is buying them...
