I want one person to explain to me why people snap at dealers doing this and not the above. At least its the dealers job to sell cars and make money as their primary source of income. Scalpers are just as bad and the reason so many used mavericks are even out there.

this is not how that works at all. Ford does not have a public API tied to their ordering system that is accessible to anyone.
