I have the BakFlip MX4 on my Ranger coming up on 2 years now and like it a lot. By this time (2 years) my Pace Edwards roll top on my F150 already had a broken lock and leaked water. That roll top was inoperable by year 4. I have a feeling this MX4 will still be in excellent condition at the 4...
Photos please! My front edge of the front tire to contact patch center at the rear is 75" if the bike is straight along the centerline of the truck. Tim's measurement of 79" is very promising. Not knowing the gap I computed 74.7" but it is hard to believe the gap is 4". I think that black...
And I am amazed at your negativity and inability to understand you have a preorder, not a production order, for a vehicle that is not even released for sale yet until the 9/15ish time frame and that parts are difficult due to COV shortages and supply chain issues. The day to day ups and downs...
Front Parking Sensors are not in the package!
I have gotten sooooo used to the front parking sensors when parking my vehicles against the garage door. I will need to go back to driving forward, getting out and checking distance, pull forward some more, get out...and finally stop iterating when...
In 2020 we took my 2019 Ranger from Michigan to Maine over 2 weeks on the road and visiting many places along the way. There were 4 adults and our luggage was in the bed. It has a BakFlip trifold tonneau cover and a bed rug that seals the bed from water so everything stayed dry. Everyone was...
I am planning to put an adventure bike in the back so I mapped out the dimensions carefully. The Maverick is 74.7" from the front wall to the rear edge of the tailgate with it in the down position. That is 54.4" floor length + 20.3" bed depth per the Ford spec sheets. There is also usually a gap...
I went with my local home town dealer. This will be my sixth purchase from them...1999 F150, 2012 Focus, 2015 Mustang, 2017 Fusion, 2019 Ranger, and the 2022 Maverick.
Search in YouTube for 2020 or 2021 Escape Hybrid drive review. That's what I did when debating between the two Maverick powertrains. There are several including 0-60 runs.
Yup, foot on brake to take it out of Park. If you pull up to a stop and turn the ignition off it goes into Park by itself. If you stop and open the door it goes into Park by itself too.
If anything it will decrease it because the vehicle will weigh more (GCVWR will be the same with a heavier vehicle). You need to add the 4k tow package to get more towing capability.
