I spoke with one dealer who had just gotten rid of an XL that a customer didn't want because it didn't come with cruise. He said they would do it for about $800 and it would not void the warranty.

Only slightly better than a dealer that has NO CLUE that Maverick orders can even be placed in Ford's system. I had to contact them myself to let them know, once I learned of this -- on the forums. Yeah dealers absolutely suck.
