Unless there is a bad batch of axles going around this is going to end up being a design flaw.
No reason a new truck should be chewing through CV axles that fast.
However - on accel worn cv axles can cause a ton of vibration.
How many miles is on your truck heffe?
While it would be annoying - you can do what I did.
Ford OEM plastic drop in bedliner + bed rug (just the floor bed rug not the full).
The logic is - when I need to use it as a truck - i pull the bed rug out (velcro). I dont have to worry about any of the bed panels getting scratched.
When I...
Just put your phone into hotspot mode and use that to update ye'r truck.

i know - i know - its a lot of work. pace yourself.
there are steps they needed to take to modify the existing headliner that were not taken (part of the recall).
a few foam blocks have to be trimmed along with cutting some material from the headliner.
I used to have a honda element that i bought very used.
it had a horrid vibration on accel.
it was the CV axles.
now - if I replaced them with aftermarket CVs - the issue would still be there (to some variance). but with new honda OEM axles it was super smooth.
i wonder - does brake regen...
Had my ecoboost at the dealer for a wiring harness replacement behind the dash.
Came back with the dome lights not working on door opening.
Just did a BMS reset - dome lights on door opening has come back.
As its been mentioned in others posts - the new airbags dont always fit well against the headliner (either the bags are larger or attached too low).
I dropped my headliner before taking it to Ford. I installed it afterward (carefully) and the airbags arent letting the headliner fit properly -...
Mine as well. I actually handled the uninstall/reinstall of my headliner myself - and I know for a fact it was done right. It does not fit properly with the door rubber seals. I have to do a lot of massaging to get it presentable.
My headliner is just barely lower than the rubber door seals.
Smelling coolant now - but I believe its due to them having to pull the heater core and some dripping on the exhaust/trubo.
Hopefully it will burnt off.
This is a small PIA to bigger PIA depending on how accessible your BPV clamps are.
I got lucky and mine were both facing up.
Instructions:

EB 2.0 AWD
Dropped my truck off for airbag recall. I already had headliner dropped for some PDR repair - so I saved them serval hours of work.
Also told me two other recalls were needed - sticker under hood and brake reprograming.
Get a call the next day - they changed airbags. But when...
this dude is smart. he should be making videos in his car work shirt instead of the other guy.
ive also previously posted about the grabby brakes vs rust idea.
part of the mpg difference is the truck relearning your driving behaviors after an ECU flash (it likely wipes those values and resets...
