If a dealer has no roll over they can enter whatever they want. Priority is dealer specific. A priority 19 at one dealer can get scheduled before a priority 10 at another dealership.

Its not just the maverick, over at the bronco forums, they're only slated to get 90 out of 360 unscheduled

Well the whole chart is wrong. If you tally up the rows lots of the numbers dont add up correctly.

They only require driver's license so only that a real person can buy it. Or else dealers would make up fake names and try to get more allocations. But nothing to prevent you from putting in 10 orders. Their system does not track and count how many orders are tied to your drivers license number.
