I emailed them using the contact form on their website about my order. They said they've started shipping and that "more are shipping everyday!" so don't give up on them quite yet.

On the Lariat Sync3 system there's also a powerflow screen in the "Apps" section that will show an animated version of your truck and where the power is coming from as well as why "Engine running due to heater settings" etc. I don't know if this screen exists on the XL or XLT.
I thought I was going to hate the curved piece, but I don't think it looks as bad in person as I thought it would. It's not a premium look for sure, but it could have been far worse.
You can start with a 3GB trial, but after that it's a paid subscription through AT&T. The connection seems good enough that you could stream video, as long as you have good service, though I could see multiple devices slowing down the pipeline.
I had the same issue. On your paperwork, upper right hand corner of the invoice might have it, though it didn't print on mine (which may have happened to you too). I chatted with ford credit support but you can also call. They'll have you verify some information and they will give it to you.
There only add on fee to MSRP was a documentation fee for 75 dollars (and sales tax and licenceing which is normal) which is fairly standard for Texas, but no upcharges at all or any markups. They lightly tried to upsell some extras but weren't pushy about it. I'd probably not trade there again...
