There is the battery "charge 'computer module's " between the negative battery post and ground on the vehicle. If it's bypassed, direct load, to the battery, it could affect the charging rate/capabilities. Future problems for you?? Ken

Personally I wouldn't use the Maverick, but I would let them use my jump pack. The jump points, especially the positive, don't look to be rated for a current. Remember the hybrid doesn't have a 12v starter that requires high current. Ken

Yes, it is under the RED cap, almost under the fuse box. It is 5/16" threaded rod. It looks awkward to get a regular jumper cable on. With the hybrid, you don't need high current, just enough to activate the relays. A small jumper box would be adequate. Ken
