I thought I would pass this info along for those that do their own maintenance and want to keep track of it at Ford's Service site.
The latest version of the Ford Pass app will not let you add your own service records. However if you go to
1. Ford.com then Support and Service...
Total BS. You rotate to keep tire wear even. A few mm is not going to make much difference in oversteer. If you live in a snowy/wet environment, you should have the best tread on the drive wheels.
Report any of these low mileage axle issues to NHTSA. Ford may need to do another recall. Reporting link below.

Mine does this too. I am pretty sure it is a combination of the engine RPM and transmission programming. Probably a little turbo lag too. I run 91/93 octane most of the time. I also have a stop/start eliminator installed
If you change to sport mode you will see the idle RPM increase. This will...
When we ordered the Black Appearance Package (BAP), I wasn't sure about the look of the wheels. I liked that they are 18 inch but wasn't sure about the look. Since we picked up the truck in April, I liked them and they have grown on me. I inadvertently did something that makes me like them...
I couldn't tell you how many times that I have had a regular gear shifter knocked into neutral. My wife has hit it with her purse. The dog has bumped it. I have bumped it while grabbing my drink or swatting at a bee. I have yet to bump the dial. I prefer a regular shifter just because I am...
I wouldn't want a black roof. It would increase interior heat. The dark blue dash already gathers too much heat. I liked the BAP option I got on the 2024 and it let me get black and gray seats instead of the 70's blue couch look. Just my opinion on the blue. No offense intended. 🙂
If it is a "new" engine, I am glad that I have the 2024. I don't want to be the guinea pig for the first version of the new one. I do like the port and direct injection to keep the valves cleaner.
The auto start/stop eliminator works great too to keep it off. It is the best add on that I have bought for my Maverick. This is the one that I got from 4D. It is easy to install and works great.

Sorry, if I am repeating, but I don't have time to read this whole thread. Is there a way to release the boots, put in racing grease and reclamp the ends? I know this would probably void the warranty. I am just considering possible options. And if it is a stupid question, please remember I...
