I am 76. I had a Hyundai Santa Cruz limited which got totaled in a accident. Insurance paid off the Hyundai and I made the decision to purchase a Maverick to replace it. Mine is a 2023 Lariat lux package, copilot assist, 4k tow package, AWD in Hot pepper red with the black appearance group...
I am in the progress of installing a Yaesu FT891, a FTM300DR and a RM Italy 300V HF amplifier in mine with a Tarheel 75A HF antenna on a quick disconnect and a flexible dual band antenna. Radios go under the rear seat with controls on the front of the console, external radio speakers just below...
I use the eco mode a lot so each time I press the start button I just quickly press the drive mode button 4 times and I am all set. You don't have to wait for the screen to change, It will.

It says you can use 87 and considering the cost I dont need to spend more than the inflated prices anyway. I would like to see dyno results that show the power gains from using premium.
I have had similar fail to completely update artist and song on other cars with xm or sirius radio. I blame it on the music service not uploading the information properly. I had a Hyundai Santa Cruz before and the same kind of thing happened also.
50 miles down I 35 on eco mode with a/c on 65mph. I have not checked by fillup but if this is anywhere near correct it is wonderful. The fuel gauge never moved off the full mark. The return trip gave 38.0 mpg also. I find 70mph is nearly as good and I don't like driving any faster.
I think I found an even better spot to run my cable. In the upper corner on each side of the bed there is a small opening more than big enough for a coax cable to pass through. The factory sealed these openings with some kind of foam. I believe it will come out just below the window in the...
