I use mine all the time, even on short trips, and no, not so I can look at my phone while driving. It makes for a more relaxing drive not having to constantly monitor speed or coming up too fast on a car in front of you. It comes in particularly handy with crosswinds and not having to fight...
I had the $100 deductible and some of the glass companies would waive it. I think I'm at $250 or $500 now due to the price increase for insurance last year, I doubt they will waive that much.
Driving down the highway and passing a plowtruck with his blade up. Driver must have hit the wrong lever and the blade dropped onto the concrete. I just narrowly avoided getting a windshield and the front of the car covered in the concrete chips that blew up. I avoid them as much as possible now.
I'll start, first one is on the inside of the glass between the layers and about the size of a dime. Second one is my most recent and about the size of a quarter. Neither are in my line of sight. There's also another 6 or 8 scattered around the windshield but none big enough or bothersome enough...
Mine was out on the back of the console and it ended up being one of the inverters. I think there's three of them. Ford fixed it by swapping in another known good inverter until they found the one that was bad.
$30k invested at 5% for thirty years = $130k, all of which is guaranteed. Keeping a Maverick for thirty years and hoping it ends up being worth $130k, not so much
Any suggestions on a good streaming service? I've got Amazon Music HD and it sounds good through their little speakers. I tune in through my Marantz stereo system and it sounds like someone threw a blanket over the speakers.
Rented a car one time and prepaid for the gas. Turned it in with 1 mile showing on the range. I hope they didn't have to drive far to fill it back up.
:)
Mine is on the center console just aft of the gear selector knob. I leave mine on except when going through a car wash and I don't want the stop-start-stop going on. I can just press on the brake and regulate how fast I go through the initial spray and final blow dry.
