Nope. Median HOUSEHOLD INCOME in 1970 was $8730, compared to $75,000 in 2022. Therefore the $19,995 Maverick XL I bought in January 2022 was about 1/4 of the median household income, and it has 4 doors, A/C, automatic transmission, power everything, etc.
