for sure, that’s why we all need to keep on them more. Make them accountable, we let them off the hook they will keep doing, nothing. I went into my dealer so they had to answer my questions. Waiting for a call/email back just wasn’t happening.

Yes, and more than likely no tech has done one yet At ur dealers. So that’s why it took mine 5 hours for his first one. But said they more they do the less time it will take. Ford only pays them for 2 hours.
Ya I didn’t know about it till someone else posted. Then I had this FedEx notification about something coming from Indy from a company BDA. Didn’t know what it was but it was this. I got my recall done Dec 28th and tracking notification Jan 4th.
