This is the norm for ford tracker. Mine stopped working on my production week and start again till after it was built. Been like this since Dec of 21. So this is normal for their web team.
I actually have a leg up. My good friend is my service tech so he put some type of special order in, in Nov and got them in 3 weeks. I was surprised, but whatever he did worked. And they accidentally sent me 2 yettis. Lol
air bag check what is that? They have to order the parts first, which are very hard to come by. Then replace them. Then you get the tumbler. Mine was shipped 5 days after they replaced mine.
