    You were right. Called Ford they didn’t have any information on the order ID I provided. Talked to the dealership turns out they’d mistyped my email. Finally have the confirmation email now different order ID than what was provided to me initially though.

    Just got off the phone with Ford gave them the Sales Code and the Order Code. They have no record of the order being submitted which means the dealership didn’t submit the order.

    Good idea. The salesman had my correct email because he emailed me my receipt for the deposit. That’s not to say they didn't type it in incorrectly when they submitted the order. I’m going to see if I can get a hold of Ford at lunch and also reach out to the dealership. Find out what is going on.

    Thanks for the information. My thought exactly. Most everyone I’ve talked to got an email confirming their order. So in my mind the order hasn’t been submitted or I’m just taking the word from the dealership that the order was in fact put in which to be honest I don’t really trust.

    Unfortunately the deposit I made is non refundable. I initially tried getting a new 2023 XLT Tremor with no additional options shipped from another dealership out of state but they tried selling it to me about 10k over the advertised price I talked them down to around 37k (MSRP was close to 32k)...
