Take a look at industrial strength Velcro. I've used it a few times and in addition to the hook/loop parts being stronger, the adhesive is super aggressive and sticky also. MUCH more than normal Velcro.

2023 XL Hybrid Prior owner received it in 5/2023, reported no problems to me up to 1700 miles. I purchased it 9/2023, currently at about 4000 miles, no problems. No deep sleep, no grabby brakes, no axle problems. One emissions related recall but I could care less about that.
