I know there are rollover special offers…but should ford throw in free AWD with Ecoboost to clear some of the hybrid orders? Free upgrade to base XLT? Some folks have waited forever, and ford might be able to maximize clearing rollover folks more quickly. Thinking/typing out loud.

I picked up my hybrid this afternoon. The sales folks all said people had given up on waiting for Mavericks and didn’t convert. They also stated that they are not seeing many new order customers either.

I'm not sure about Ford's stated reason for the price reduction. I canceled my Lightning reservation due to price increases, poor communication, deliberate production throttling, and tech that is moving faster than the old F150ish platform. Plus Chevy will be in the game shortly...and the wait...
