Personally, I could not tell a lot of difference in ride quality on highway other than tire quality, but I like the handling on the fx4 better than my original xl AWD.
Loved the quick torque in town, but never raced the hybrid. Poor eCVTs
should you drop into this thread out of curiosity like I did—and you are on the fence deciding between drag racing a hybrid or eco boost….
As others have said, get those test drives in.

My current Maverick is an ecoboost. I’ve had several due to changing needs and wants. Im swapping because I no longer need towing, AWD, nor off-road Package. I’ll miss the sunroof and the jeans style interior, going back to XL.
