Man, that's a bummer. When installing the drop in bedliner originally I was able to reuse the hardware but had to install these goofy spacer looking washers that keep the bolt heads from crushing the plastic.
Anyone else shopping for a truck box that fits between the 53" bed rails and over the wheel wells?
Anybody know any that are a good fit without much over the rail height?
I don't think the market has anything to offer yet but plastic swing boxes, as of April 2022.

What became apparent about my undersized holes, was the spacing washer installed under the tie off points. When I tightened down and sandwiched the liner between the body and washers, it's rotomolded plastic properties became apparent. It squished down like foam in a way that probably isn't good...
As someone who's installed this, I can now say this does not qualify as a "DROP IN" Bed Liner.
Opportunities for improvement:
1) Include factory dots for bolt hole locations for all fasteners on the exposed side of the installed bed (instead of inside)
