I don't think the brake lights come on just by letting off the gas pedal while in "L".

Pretty sure he is referring to being in "L" which is the high regen mode and just letting off the gas pedal.

I drove in this morning from Kyle to North Austin. Roads were not bad at all. Flyovers were closed though.

I guess I'm part of the minority. I had a 2020 F150 2WD that I lifted and put 33's on. Now I have a hybrid and am going to lift her too. :unsure:

Eibach springs here in the Austin area and it's either the roads here or me being an old man, but I'm not happy with the ride. As a result, I'm exploring options: Go back to stock springs and live with the wheel gap Get coilovers and hope the ride is not as bad or worse Get only rear coilovers...

Is that a good idea? Would result in metal on metal contact.

Been thinking it would be great to lower the rear of the truck to level it out rather than raise the front. Anyone know of a way to do this? Truck is a 2022 XLT Hybrid

Not sure if yours is any different. Mine look like that as well at night. If lights are set to auto, the strips don't come on during the day.

They are cheap eBay lights. To properly install, you have to drill into the grill to run the wires. I drilled up and into the center section of the center grill.

Update: DRLs run at a lower voltage so the strip lights don't power on until I either manually turn on the parking or headlights. In Auto mode only the switchbacks are on during the day (the strip lights do operate as turn signals in Auto). The strip lights do come on with the headlights at...
