I played my order last week for a 2024 Maverick Lariat Tremor. My current '22 Lariat is Hot Pepper Red, but I thought the orange (bronze?) accents on the Tremor wouldn't be as visible in HPR so I opted for Carbonized Gray.
But then I started finding pictures of Tremor in HPR and it looks good -...
My current Maverick is Hot Pepper Red but my new Tremor order from yesterday is Carbonized Gray because I thought the orange accents wouldn't be as visible in HPR.... now I'm having second thoughts.. (obviously still have time to change it)
I submitted an order yesterday for a '24 Maverick Lariat Tremor with X-Plan.. received the confirmation from Ford.
Carbonized Gray, no moonroof (almost got it but it was already so much money)..
Estimated trade-in on my 2022 Lariat with 10K miles was only about 30K, I'll negotiate on that more...
All those first four posts Avalanche Gray? Looks so good! I don't know why they dropped it.
The black really looks nice with the orange accents too, but not sure I'd want a black vehicle... I don't obsessively wash my truck like some owners.
Like I said in the 2024 Order Guide thread, this feature and the windshield wiper deicer removal put me off ordering a '24 Tremor.
I've yet to actually USE the keypad, but it was to have as an option, but the deicer thing confuses me... I also wish the rear window had those wire things, but the...
Add me to the list of people passing.. I was seriously considering a Lariat Tremor to replace my '22 Lariat Lux, but the removal of windshield wiper deicer is actually important to me in winter as I park outside. I do remote-start but if we get freezing rain that doesn't always help. Yes, I have...
Awesome, great to hear! In May in a week I put 1800 miles on my EB AWD HPR Maverick, averaged 35.6!!! MPG.
I'm considering ordering a 2024 Tremor, unsure if I want to stick with Hot Pepper Red which I really like, or go with the Tremor-exclusive "Avalanche" for more subtle color.
Also I meant...
I'm really wanting a Tremor, it's really the only thing I'd change with my Lariat Luxury, I think they were building mine when they announced the Tremor package... I just passed 10,000 miles in a little less than a year, took 9 months to get the first time.
I was taken aback by the big $...
An update to my post from a year ago - the Rain-X Latitudes worked great, almost a full year. I park outside the whole time and between bad winters and hot summers they get exposed to it all.
A few weeks ago I did buy a slight upgrade, the Rain-X Silicone Endura Wiper Blades, 21" for passenger...
I haven't checked this forum in a while and missed this, how'd it go? That's almost 2 hours from me but if I had known ahead of time I might have tried for it. Storm coming through right now with possible hail, hope everyone can get to cover!
Seems like a fair review.. Loving my '22 Lariat AWD in the snow, but starting to see clearance issues, especially with the front bumper. A lift is doable (and I was surprised to see the Tremor only gets a 1" lift? Maybe the 17" wheels make it look like more), but still haven't heard if the...
Too soon to say for me - only a few inches of snow in my area so far. No issues. I may get winter tires next year depending on how the season goes - spent way too much this year so need to hold off.
Heated steering wheel is amazing. I don't even need the heated seats on and I can keep the cabin air on low. Plus as I've found out the last two days, when your gloves get all wet from clearing snow, takes the gloves off inside the Mav and go bare-handed in comfort.
Only you can determine if...
I was stuck at a long light yesterday, waiting to turn onto an Interstate entrance, and the interior blinker sound started going fast. LEDs getting too warm? I could not confirm the turn signal itself was hyperflashing as well but probably.
