That looks sharp! I especially like the grooved area for your gas pedal heel - in the winter the mat gets a little slippery.
In my previous Subaru I had WeatherTechs; for my current Crosstrek I decided to try Husky liners for less money. I do think you're paying for the name a little with...
I have a personalized plate as well, and I asked the dealer about it when I order the Maverick. If I remember right, he said since the Mav is less than 6,000 pounds it's not considered 'commercial' so my plates can transfer. I wouldn't think the Ridgeline would be over 6K, unless it's a state...
I'm what you call a perfect consumer - I am not very brand loyal (except for Pepsi > Coke, Chick-Fil-A > *, Kraft Mac & Cheese > store brand... maybe a few others) so even though I'd driven Subarus for over 10 years I wasn't necessarily opposed to trying a different vehicle.
I've lusted after a...
'Sup Crosstrek bro! Trading in my 2015 Tangerine Orange Crosstrek for a Hot Pepper Red AWD Mav (ordered last week soooo.. early 2022 maybe?).
The amount of the technology in the Mav compared to the Crosstrek, it'll be like sitting in a starship.
Interesting, hope to hear some more tests with it. You'd think more air would help it burn cleaner but that ratio is probably already computed for optimal burn at the factory.
@MAVRICK posted some great information on the tires here:

And I forget where I read it on this forum, but one member drove an FX4 and non-FX4 (one after the other) and...
Last week I had my dealer order a Maverick Lariat Luxury + 4k tow build, with "black painted wheels" for an extra $795 or so. I'm not a fan of the wheel options on the Lariat, now I'm wondering if I should have them change the upgraded wheel to the FX4 package. Realistically, this truck would...
Responding to myself to add that I reached out to my dealer, and they said all orders are submitted as 'Stock', then when Ford verifies it is for an actual waiting customer they change to 'Retail' and up the priority. We'll see.. It's been 6 days. The pain is real. ⏳
That signature lighting looks great; I was starting to wonder if I went too far going Lariat but loving that look.
I've said elsewhere but shame the tail lights (and blinkers?) are still incandescent; I'm sure there will be plenty of aftermarket swap-ins that look good.
Looks nice - I may have missed it but did you upgrade the white lights above the truck bed also?
I plan to do this but also hoping for an LED option for the tail lights/blinkers. Aside from cost savings (or parts shortages) I don't know why they went LED for headlights but incandescent for tail...

I agree; I don't blame him for not pushing it. Losing a $30K vehicle to sliding off a trail like that would not be pretty.
I'm debating whether to get dedicated snow tires for my Maverick.. I never had to for my Subaru (we get a lot of snow around here, but most of the roads are plowed well)...
I know I'm in for a long wait even though I'm not getting the Hybrid, but looking at my order sheet I wonder if I need to hassle my dealer -
It's being ordered as 'Stock' not 'Retail' and a Priority Code of 80. When I signed the paperwork I did inquire about a "Retail Order Priority 10" per...
I hadn't read about the rearview mirror possibly being lower with the Copilot360 pkg until I saw this thread. Found this POV video of a test drive -
@ about the 10:40 mark there's a good view showing the mirror and the 'black box' above it. Hopefully it's just how he has the head-mounted...
Added to submission form -
Ordered today (10/26) Dealer didn't have an ETA
Lariat AWD, Luxury pkg w/ 4k towing, 18" black wheels
Trading in a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek - never had a Ford before but I have had a pickup - a V8 beast that got 12 MPG. From the sound of things the Maverick will get...
My 2015 Subaru Crosstrek is estimated between $17K-$20K for less than 50,000 miles. Kelly Blue Book was the highest, CarMax was around $17K, I think Carvana was around 18. Dealer offered me $16.1K - think I may try to negotiate it up or sell on my end.
