I mean, or its true? It is awful odd that orders placed all the way back in JULY or 2021 still havent been built yet. There is definitely something going on IMO.
WHY ARE YOU TYPING IN ALL CAPS? Also, just another reason Im glad I just paid the stupid ADM to get my Hybrid off the lot in December versus this nonsense.
Unfortunately I dont know enough about Hybrids to even begin to figure it out. I used to be good at working on cars back when they didnt have all the computer shit.
Im the one who started that Remote start issue thread, and FYSA, I noticed this morning it does it regardless of remote start, or just starting with the key and letting it idle/warm up. I had to defrost windows so I was sitting in it when it starting the reving up and down really fast and the...
Thats how I ended up getting mine. They had TWO Hybrids people failed to get financing for. A XL and a Lariat trim. I bought the XL and my buddy who likes the shiny stuff got the Lariat. First two in our little city to get a Maverick Hybrid. Paid a ADM for it, but worth it IMO.
I wouldnt say thats true for the Hybrids though. I honestly dont know how the sensing circuit etc would act with an inverter drawing on the battery, so how would it know to turn the engine on to charge the 12v?
Id love to know why on earth folks who ordered back in JUL have no build date but folks who ordered in like DEC are getting one. Is it the bed liner recall issue? A particular addon that delays them and they dont have the parts or stock?
I paid a little over $3k ADM and didnt blink an eye. I wanted and NEEDED a new vehicle now, and wasnt going to wait literally a year for Ford to build me a Hybrid. And honestly there was no other new car on the market that met my requirements except maybes the Santa Cruz, which is an ugly...
Yeah even I wouldn't pay 15k, but hey, cant hate them for the hustle. And I agree, Markup on a customer order from Ford is not cool. I think one of the other dealership owners on here(Maybe Tim?) said the profit assuming no dealer extras etc is actually pretty low on the Maverick, like...
The heat shouldnt "Disappear" it still uses engine heat, and will kick on the engine if it doesnt have enough to maintain temperature. But its NOT electrically heated(From what was explained to me) so the latent heat shouldnt just stop all of the sudden. I do know though if youre running in Eco...
