I second that. They performed flawlessly in the snow and wore like iron. I also have had the Goodyear Duratracs. Same story.

There’s not much to go wrong. I can’t imagine it being unreliable. Literally 2 electric motors and a planetary gear set. Much less to go wrong than a traditional auto or regular cvt trans.

They have different seats and trim pieces. The main color (Navy Pier) is the same across all models.

Front wheel drive is much more compact power train than rear. AWD in my opinion is not for hardcore off roading.

In our Audi, sport mode keeps the rpms up to keep the turbo spooled up. I would expect the eco boost to be similar.

Agreed. I’ve been an electrician for 30 years. A standard house service will not support 2 electric cars charging without significant upgrades, aside from the obvious problems with the grid and producing that much power. I don’t see it happening in the near future, if in my lifetime at all.

You are wrong. It’s not uncommon for our Audi to restart several times at a long stop light to keep the interior cool.

It would be 33a at 100% efficiency. 400w inverter will likely pull closer to 40a.

Pretty sure I read it somewhere due to the need for the blind spot monitoring. That is backed up by the interior views on the build and price, when you add the copilot, the interior view shows the mirror controls and mirrors with the wide angle. Remove it, and it goes away. Only time will tell.

If you have the XLT, the tailgate locks with the doors. Can’t remove it if it’s locked. For the XL, you can manually lock it.
