Thanks so much for the info.
I will plan to purchase all the same parts for our 2025 hybrid so we can flat tow starting this spring.
Did you do the install yourself or have a shop do it?
Where do you purchase the equipment etrailer?
Brian
What option did you go with for lights on the Maverick when towing?
I would rather not have to tie in to the factory wiring and am thinking about using magnetic lights that work on Bluetooth.

Here is a picture of my 2025 hybrid AWD 4k towing package after towing my enclosed 7’6”x16’ aluminum trailer with two sleds (approximately 3000lbs) plus our gear and food (500lbs) and two adults to Canada to snowmobile.
Went 60-65 and got 15 mpg on one tank and 16 on another.
Very happy with how...
They actually are rated to tow 7500 pounds or at least the 2019 I had and sold to get my 2025 hybrid Maverick was.
It was a great truck but getting anything over 24-25 mpg is tuff.

Where n Vermont are you?
I am in Milton.
I have found the benefits of a separate set of winter tires on their own time allows me to change when I want and not have to spend $100 twice a year and wait if you don’t schedule accordingly.
Brian
I went with some black 17” rims from Tire rack and some Hancook I pike 225-65-17 tires very happy with how they perform in the snow, we just got 16” over the weekend.
My worst MPG so far in Vermont at 6800 miles on my 25 lariat hybrid is 34 and that includes 50 miles of towing my 2800 pound enclosed snowmobile trailer and winter tires.
Last Fall I was getting 42-43.

Good on you, I did the same thing for my local dealer where I have purchased over 10 vehicles, they gave me a 10% “loyalty “ discount and were still $900 more than the same plan thrift anger who I have never bought a vehicle.
The decision was easy.

Good to see there are a few other Ford dealers who are providing some competition to Granger.
All the local dealers in my area want significantly more than what I purchased one from Granger for.

Good to know, we have a 2022 American Coach on a Freightliner chassis.
I will verify that the power does shut off when the coach is shut down.
Thanks for the info.

Thanks for the quick response, certainly much easier to run to the jump post under the hood than running into the truck where the battery is.
I’m looking at going with the Blue Ox baseplate based on some additional feedback that others with 2025 Mavericks have given, but haven’t decided yet and...
Excellent, a couple more questions.
I assume you ran that charge line all the way directly to the battery under the rear seat?
If so what was the pathway?
Also why do you choose that particular baseplate?
What form of exterior lighting system did you choose?
Last question what brand tow bar did...
Thanks for the info.
I will be setting up our 2025 Maverick hybrid to flat tow in the spring.
Great to get tips from actual users.
Did you run a charge line to the Maverick battery?
Brian
I went with the Weathertec ones, they were cheaper than the Ford set and were an easy install, they look like they came from the factory.
Three months in no issues.
Dirty salty pictures attached.
