No, I got longer tailgate screws. Works perfect. I replaced 6 of the 8 on the tailgate access plate and replaced the 2 larger on the black (bottle opener) tailgate tie down. Zoom in and you can see them. See post #6 on this thread...

They will not be a problem at all, the 235 is an optional tire size on some models. The Blue Mav in my photo has 265/60/18 AT tires on stock suspension with no rubbing.

Any (20 Lug Nuts Bulge Acorn 14x1.5) will work including stock. Some aftermarket have 3/4 inch hex head (different than stock). I have had good luck with Lug Nut Guys on ebay, they have all different colors to go with your truck. The lug nut heads are the 3/4" size (smaller than stock)...
