2002 Dodge Neon. I needed a truck. But not the lifted oversized monstrosities on dealer lots. I needed a truck to haul things from the hardware or DIY and gardening store as well as take my mother to her various appointments without her needing a chairlift or a gelp from the low sitting Neon.
Similar to mine, but on the driver side. I heard the impact just as a Mustang passed me, and by the time I reached my destination it had spread to the center of the windshield. The frustrating thing about it is It had been less than a month since I took delivery.
Wow. A week after purchase, I was rear ended at a light. There was no damage to Bret. But it cracked the Acura's grill that hit me. Then a few days later a Mustang slung a rock right at the lower driver side corner of my windshield. The crack immediately started spreading and was in the center...
I have never heard of that. However, I just took Bret in for the first oil change just over 5000 miles. But I followed the oil heath more than the miles. The health was at 47%.
I think Ford's vision was the Millennial and GenZ city dweller. But the Boomers and Late Boomers that Identify with GenX are snatching them up like hotcakes.
Just made my first road trip since purchase from Mobile, Alabama to Columbus, Georgia. 33 mpg. I was average 21 mpg around town the last six months. 4,050 miles.
