Thats how the hybrid already works. Different powertrain setup than the mild hybrid Power Boost. That's why they don't designate it as Power Boost.
Now as for adding Pro Power, that could be in the works. If you can get 5Kw out of a Prius, you can get something similar in the Mav.
FYI the...
The electronics engineer said that for the Mavericks, Atlanta was the top selling market which Is why they did it there.
He also said that the next clinic they have is in Texas for the super duty.
Were you there before me (before 1pm)? That might explain that they seemed to expect me to say MTC as my knowledge source. I got the impression I was MUCH more informed than the other non MTC attendees.
Good to know that MTC sent at least 1 hybrid and 1 Eco boost member.
I suspect the only reason I was picked was because I reported multiple issues with my truck and had not taken it to the dealer. So, issues in factory condition.

Update:
I found full part numbers. Seems to apply to both the Eco boost and the Hybrid. Ford also calls these the Fender Apron Insulator.

NZ6Z16072A LH
I also found more on the other part number. This one an "energy absorber."

Seems like they were...
I was wondering if that would be the case (1st time truck owner), but both times I have really used the bed I found them quite valuable. Nice to have a tie down spot not buried by what you just put in the bed.
