I didn't realize there was that much room behind the seat. How thick are your cases? I need to do something similar rather than stacking loose items behind the seat.
You may find that if your Mav. isn't driven 15-20 miles per day, the battery is not maintained at a sufficient SOC to keep the Auto Stop working and if this goes on for several days, the 12V outlet which is supposed to remain active for 60-90 min. after stopping will shut off with the key. It...
DTE can be highly variable. It is based on what the mpg was for what appears to be the last 50 miles. If you switch from city driving to highway, you can watch the DTE increase as you drive. I once did an 80 mile highway trip and my DTE was higher at the end than the start. The opposite is...
The trailer size input appears to be an addition for 2025. 2022-2024 disables BLIS when something is attached to the trailer connector as yours does because there is no way to know how much larger the blind spot is with the trailer.
Has anyone found the part numbers of the cv axles for the various models to see if there are different parts for the Tremor, Lobo, and standard models to know if there are differences or is it just speculation that there are different axles for different models?
"Would say if done with finesse would not effect but if you let Jack down with a thud. You might cause harm!"
Any impact from dropping the jack no matter how hard would be minor compared to hitting a speed bump or a pot hole.
I'd hope AI isn't doing it. There are enough problems when done by experienced engineers, don't need AI's imagined designs. AI used properly can help the engineers.
If you are parked on an incline, there is also the hill hold separate from the auto brake hold that takes more throttle to overecome than the auto brake hold which surprises me when it happens.
It appears the miles to empty is based on the mpg seen in about the last 50 miles of driving. If you're driving in town, you mte will be low. If on the highway, mte will be much higher for a given amount of fuel in the tank.
If you switch from town to highway, the mte will gradually adjust...
The long bed-short cab layout isn't new. Jeep did it in the 1950s with their FC-170 model but apparently didn't have a stylist on the staff. There was even a crew cab version for the military.
I haven't seen a good description of how the hybrid's transmission operates other than it's being a CVT and not a belt and variable pulley setup like some early CVTs. Perhaps I missed it.
Motor Trend magazine has an article on the 2026 Jeep Cherokee hybrid that goes into some detail on how...
How about a one that is 39" x 41"? That's what is offered on this conversion of a Renault-subsiderary SUV in Romania. It will not be available in the US.
