It seems like the C1R taps the rear tail lights so it doesn't use the trailer plugs. I'm guessing that's also why it's only a running light and reverse light and not a brake light which would be on another plug on the taillight assembly. Wish it would do all three.
Does the hitch mount LED do brake light as well as running light and reverse?
For the ditch light kit - is there going to be a slight gap between the seal/fender when pushing the seal back in as the bracket has to come up through that space?
10" of snow. Couldn't get out of the driveway. Wish the truck had locking diff. Even with the aggressive tries the steep concrete driveway and heavy wet snow wins this battle.
I was working on a different video the other day and looked up at my bed extender hanging in the garage and thought maybe I should do a video on it after 2 years of ownership,
Hey if you live there long enough you'll see snow :) It snows sometimes on Haleakala. All the locals will go up there with garbage can lids to try to go sledding.
:) Funny. Sure.....I like my Ford Maverick but the plastic is butter and the paint is as thin as my hair. I think we all know the other Asian brands are better, it's ok to say it. :)
I can answer a couple of questions here.
RF - there is a section in the manual that actually discusses frequencies and wattage and antenna placement.
I run a 10/11 meter radio so I can talk on both with 1 antenna (yes it’s a no no but I’m not installing two radios in my truck). I have a KL...
I ran into this as well. I turned on the WiFi and connected to the home WiFi in the garage and checked for updates, no updates but afterwards it then allowed me to set the clock when before it was just dashes and no option to set it.
This is awesome - I was the original guy who did the load of gravel and had it all up in my tailgate :) I just downloaded these and sent them off to print!! Thank you!
1. It will not be a full electric. Major companies just announced they were moving away from some of the electrics due to light demand.
2. It will be whatever is easiest to change slightly for the highest markup. Sport model with lowering, badge, and slight tune change, maybe AWD, would be it...
I did it for resale value, upgraded cooling, the gearing, and because I thought I might tow a camper at some point. Couple of weeks after I got it I ended up towing a 2500 rental trailer for yard equipment. Glad I did it.
Yeah I’m not sure those teeth are there to prevent it hitting the gas tank. The tire would have to get shoved past the rear arms. Also if the 235/65 tire is sitting on top of the teeth it angles down slightly so it would be even less likely go forward into things and as mentioned above no way it...
