    Not getting the email is not uncommon. Many dealers don't put your email in or put it in wrong. You can verify your order status with Ford chat using your sales code and order code on your build sheet.

    This is on by default. It will try to get the cabin to 72 degrees, wether that requires heating or cooling. It can be disabled via the dash menu.

    The 12v accessory points at the back of your bed by the tailgate. You have one one each side. Use the pigtail that came with the truck.

    The headlights are non serviceable LEDs. Yes, they are supposed to last a long time but I've seen plenty of LEDs fail well before their claimed life expectancy. You will be spending around $1200 to replace the entire assembly.
