Agreed, in my 2015 Fusion you begin moving once you let off the brake. Backing up as well as going forward.

This is how I read it as well. Someone earlier said it’s Ford admitting a “delay” but I don’t think that’s the case. The previous number we’d heard is that they were expecting about 35% of orders to be hybrids so it would seem they’re actually ramping up.
