If you truly have aluminum pieces in your coolant, your dealer should be contacting FoMoCo. Ford can take a sample of the coolant and analyze it and determine exactly where the aluminum is coming from. Seems odd they are just throwing a radiator at it.

Perhaps you can physically move the phone closer to the vehicle and take a photo?

Shortly after placing the initial order I added XLT Lux and the change was confirmed near instantly, last week I added remote start and sliding rear window and it was confirmed next morning.
