Hahahahahah. Probably work better. I thought about going to Napa and getting a big truck flap just for the material, cutting it to size and placing it between the ford flap and the wheelwell shroud.
Basically what the issue is is the driver’s side rear wheelwell shroud is 6” shorter than the passenger’s side behind the wheel. My guess was ford did this to allow cold air to hit the muffler, but what this also does is allow the left rear wheel to throw salt and grime straight up into the body...
Anyone Installed/have the ford mudflaps and live in a wintery area with heavily salted roads? I’m just curious if the Ford ones will solve the issue in the driver side rear wheelwell where the road grime shoots up into the light housing seeping around it and also out thru the auxiliary plate...
Has anyone figured out how to permanently set the auto start/stop and whichever drive mode there in so when the trucks turned off and started again those settings will stay the same? Someone mentioned something about Forscan learning your preferences and reporting it back to ford. Does that...
Looking to eventually get a tonneau for my Mavi. I’d like one that’s not outrageously priced but also doesn’t leak. Kinda eyeing the Gator Tri-Fold but heard about those leaking. Mines got a Line-X spray in bedliner, tie downs but does not have the bolt on cargo slider rails. Any suggestions?
Is this with the 2.0 EcoBoost? I’ve found that to be true in regular mode for around town. Eco mode gets me pushing the throttle in more and around town it also puts the engine into higher gears at lower speeds which can be harder on gas on some
Engines when going up hills.
Finally averaged 24.8 mpg at the pump. Dashboard says I’m averaging 28 mpg per tank average. But I’ve never had those really align on any vehicle I’ve owned so that’s okay. I’m wondering if I’m not getting the high 20s/low 30’s avg because I live in cold New England and I start my truck before...
Has anyone purchased this tonneau from these guys for their maverick? How was the fit and install? And does it work good?

Been driving my AWD Mavi with 2.0 Ecoboost mix of city and highway, last week just about all highway, and best I’ve gotten at the pump is close to 25mpg avg. Last week I mixed up using eco mode and regular mode and the only noticeable thing I’ve found between the two is the earlier shifting...
Is anyone with the stock Ford mudflaps having the same issue? I’ve got a set of those coming with my FordPass points. I know they don’t fully cover that 6” gap but they do cover the initial angle the tires will
Spray at. But I’m thinking maybe I’ll just go and buy the Rokblock ones and install...
the reason that road grime is shooting up into the body and behind the light is the wheelwell shroud on the rear drivers side extends 6” less down. Im thinking this was done so the cold air behind the wheel hits the muffler directly but this also allows all that road debris to fly up. So I need...
