When they started my build 8/29, Customer Service said they had all parts to complete it. If they are o believed(???) then the delay is purely transportation. I ordered hybrid Lariat, only option is Copilot. I am really disgusted.

I am beyond pissed off right now. Completed build 9/6, they said deliver end of September, then end October, now end November. Aaaahhhh!

I fired off a letter to Jim Farley this week. When he stepped up as President and CEO, he said Ford would focus on a great customer experience. Not so great yet, Jimmy boy!

Mine completed build on September 6. As of this morning, it still has not shipped. The excitement about getting a new truck has been dampened by my inability to plan a cross country trip. My wife retired in June (me last year) and we want to hit the road before winter weather. Aaahhh!

Anyone have any info on how long from build to ship? My 2022 completed on September 6, but is still awaiting shipment to California. Has it not shipped or is it on the way but the tracker has not been updated?

Don’t let them off the hook. Take the truck, sell it, and order another one from someone else.

My Lariat is n production now. When I called Ford, they said they have all components, including chips, to complete my truck.

Sounds like someone wanting to steal your order. Tell them to stick it.
