I'm a huge fan when Ford shakes up the color pallette. There are too many drab vehicles on the road. I wish Ford would bring two tone to the Maverick. I think this blue might look great with a black cab and black trim on the splash panels.

You did way better than my old 2010 Ranger XLT. I sold that after a decade and 110,000 miles for $4,000.

OP, industry rumours and leaks suggest you'll have a few no-gas Maverick options in the next few years... AutoForecastSolutions says a new Maverick circa 2028. New platform, but most of us would guess it stays a hybrid and ICE. But who knows? Maybe something crazy like the Nissan Rogue series...

OP, curious about the trade value vs original price for your 22 ecoboost. Just the raw values, unadjusted for inflation, if you're OK sharing them. Wondering how a high-mileage 22 ecoboost did come trade time.

One comment about the tow package from a guy who ordered without it (and doesn't tow). It helps resale value. And it improves engine cooling and more, so you could argue it improves robustness even for those who don't tow. Kind of wish I'd ordered with it, even though technically I don't need it.

I think the sales figures pretty much settled the argument over the Maverick. A half million sold so far, and going strong, even with a 30% price hike? It's safe to say that whatever any of us thinks about the Maverick, 130,000+ people a year like it enough to buy it.
