Hi. Had my maverick now for almost a week. Really impressed so far with it, it seems a lot more solid and drives incredibly well even though I work about 5 miles from home and have only put about 70 miles on so far. One thing I noticed was how intense the heat is on the auto setting...
I ordered it online through some dealer like Tasca or similar. I can't remember since it was purchased over last summer.....I'll see if I can find the receipt.
I just put one of those in my new one too.. I didn't add the spray in liner option when I did the re-order to 2023 but I may later on at Line-X. Really don't need it cause if I need to haul anything destructive or dirty I'll just tow my small trailer and let it take the abuse. Had a Ford...
One issue I encountered during my tracking was it was able to be tracked via CSX info until it reached St louis. At that point it said "delivered to customer". However I checked Norfolk Southern after that point and I was able to track the rail car the rest of the trip.
Got a little more done today. Put on the Ford tonneau cover, the bed rug mat, rain-x all the glass (cause I'm spoiled on that when it rains) and wiped down all the interior plastics with 303. Hoping to get it clayed and ceramic coated once the weather cooperates. Also found the squid...
OEM mats brand new I bought from a member on here, tailgate assist installed, and the taillight, reverse, cargo and third brake light remainder of the las fit kit in. Man, those LEDs are so bright. I'll try to get the bed cover on tomorrow.....supposed to be 60 degrees out so it might...
Tailgate assist and tonneau going on today I hope. It's only about 40 out though so the cover might be a challenge to stretch out. I do have the rest of the LED kit to install as well. And a strut tower brace. Several things to occupy my day off...lol
I thought I had read that the newer build mavericks had one key with the buttons and one "dummy" key without. Mine came with both button equipped keys.
Got my maverick yesterday. Did a few mods. of many more to come.
Lasfit front switchbacks, 2.0 engine cover, and swapped the orange tray liner out for the black XL one....
That's not right. The grey one in that ad is actually my order. And the other two came in on the same truck. Also already claimed. I think they all kinda end up on the website automatically somehow even if they are retail orders for someone else
Went today and picked up my maverick. 357 days after initial order. Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Beechmont Ford and in particular my sales person Rachel. No BS, price protection and discounts (like farm bureau ) honored, no add ons or markups, they matched what any of the other...
Emails from Ford indicate it was "built" on Dec 23 even though I could see the modules populated several days prior to that. Notified that it was "shipped" on Dec 31st. Tracked the railcar number I got from Ford chat and it had arrived at Shelbyville, KY ramp on Jan. 10th. Arrived at...
