I'll never understand why people seem to complain about every little inconsequential thing. Like entitled children who didn't get exactly what they wanted at Christmas! My message to American males: grow up already.
It is not my fault if both Ford and the dealer are INCOMPETENT! They didn't cut the price due to their games and incompetence. It was crystal clear as to what I wanted, ordered and PAID FOR!

The exact same thing happened to me for my March '23 delivered Mav...ordered in Oct of '21...and ordered at the dealership. When, after delivery I noticed the same issue, nobody at the dealership had a clue as to why. SAD
