My wife '23 Lariat has the water intrusion on the pax side. Tried to make have the local dealership take a look at it and was told that they won't look at it because we didn't purchase it from them. Even though we have had it serviced there since we purchased it.

My opinion on why I wouldn't purchase. They are thicker than stock and the white is way too bright especially on a BAP MAV. If they were tinted maybe.

Are they blaming the level kit for the strut. I'm not sure that they can deny warranty if the "modification" didn't cause the issue. They have to prove that the level kit is the reason why it failed. Wouldn't this be fall under the Magasun Moss Warranty Act?
