I agree with this. Why I might go elsewhere once my Mav goes tango uniform. My son purchased a '24 Hyundai venue with all the features my lariat has, but for 10k less. Not sure the keypad is worth the extra 10k :)
We own two '23 Hybrids and so far zero issues on either. Hopefully it stays like that. Was a VW person until my first Ford '94 Ford Explorer. It's been nothing but Ford since. I had a Taurus that we put 340k on with very little issues. We sold it to our neighbor for $200.00, he drove it...
Report it to NHTSA - The dashboard going wonky could lead to a safety issue.

Going through Livnitup 2023 spread sheet under "IPC 720" there is a setting for Adaptive head lamps Control & Adaptive Head Lamps Traffic. I'm wondering if it's later '23 models that this can be enabled or at all.
I don't like having to pay to get a Veteran discount. A lot of places give military discount, just have to ask. As I see it, these companies who charge you to get these discounts are just making money off the backs of the Veterans.
It wouldn't if your OBDII Dongle is WiFi, the dongle would have to be Bluetooth. You connect the m41 via WiFi and can't have two different WiFi at once.
We know it's a dealership issue, but they represent FORD. FORD is going to take the blame. It's kind of like when you call customer service at X Company and they piss you off even more. You're not going blame the CSR you're going blame the X company. So when someone ask your opinion about...
Is there any plug and play DSP for the B&O system?
Previously on my F150 I made the wiring harness, used this wire and molex. I also purchased this harness. Of course I had to adjust a few settings using ForScan. This round I'm lazy and want a true plug and play.
I've taken my '13 Escape to have it's oil change at the dealership. I usually do it myself, but at that time I was traveling for work. Well anyways, they forgot to secure the bottom engine cover and it scraped it on the trailing edge. Called the dealership and they denied that they their...
Of all that evidence on YouTube how many let the car sit without running it for 1-3 years or how many only drove for 1-5k a year without changing oil? How many of those YouTubers deal with tons of oil from a lot of different industries and really know oil?
FWIW I changed my oil (full synth)...
I got the Ford PremiumCare for under $1700 USD 10yr/100k through Granger Ford. So I'm not sure how that compares to Old Republic or if you can get a warranty through Granger being in Canada.
My Mav is the first time I purchased an ESP on any vehicle. I use to put money in a "maintenance"...
The oil companies going to have the author bumped off and articles retracted. :)
Speaking about oil here is novel about oil

Some Turbine engines oil changes are on conditions, while others are every 200 hours.
Love the internet, people are so ready to eviscerate if they don't like what you post.
I've taken words of a salesperson before without verifying, that's when I was young and naive. Been burnt a few times, but now I verify everything. We live, we learn.
I've been a Ford person since my '94. Ford been slowly removing options and charging more.
The keypad is an option I really like and one of the reasons I didn't look get a '24. They are removing the keypad from other models as well. When and if the time comes for another vehicle I will...
